Nancy earned her AA degree from Waldorf in 1975 and her BA Business degree in 1997. She joined the Advancement Department in 1988 and has served in various roles over the years. In 2006, Nancy received her Certified Fund Raising Executive certification (CFRE) from CFRE International. She works with several Waldorf College events such as: The Waldorf Society, Christmas Festival, and Honors Day. Nancy donates her management and fundraising services to the Waldorf Lutheran College Foundation by organizing the phonathon program, assisting individuals with all types of gift planning–annual fund, major and planned gifts, and overseeing the Foundation budget.

Rita earned her AA degree from Waldorf in 1979 and her BA in Communications from Concordia College in Moorhead, MN in 1981. She has 17 years of fundraising experience in Des Moines and Forest City and in 2001 earned her Certificate of Fund Raising Executive certification (CFRE) from CFRE International. Prior to returning to Waldorf in 2006, Rita served as Director of Development at the Broadlawns Medical Center Foundation in Des Moines, IA. She is currently the Director of Alumni relations responsible for homecoming, alumni events, alumni correspondence and working with the alumni board. She donates her fundraising services to the Waldorf Lutheran College Foundation by aiding individuals with all types of gift planning, helping organize the new association of congregations and assisting with Foundation publications.

Janet joined Waldorf College in 2000. Her primary responsibilities include gift receipting, managing the donor database, working with matching gift companies and running monthly reports. She also serves as Administrative Assistant to the Advancement staff.
